I know Sacramento's real estate market! I was born in the same hospital as my kids and some of my grandkids, proving I know and love Sacramento.  With my husband of 48 years, we have raised three incredibly successful children. Our deep Sacramento roots include Arden Park, Land Park, Arden Oaks, Sierra Oaks, Fair Oaks, Wilhaggin, Carmichael, Roseville, Lincoln and West Sacramento. Understanding Sacramento's diverse neighborhoods taught me the importance of great schools, great church, safe neighborhoods, convenient shopping centers and the many recreation options.  

 My goal of "World Class Customer Service" was taught to me by my Dad who owned a Land Park Chevron station and appreciated satisfied, loyal customers. My Father-In-Law had the highest level of respect for his patients as "Sacramento's Best Dentist".  Coldwell-Banker provides me with World Class support including incredible managerial support, marketing resources, lender resources and title company expertise, which allows me to provide my clients with true "World Class Customer Service".When we first married, finding the perfect "Home" was my passion. All of our homes have all been incredible investments, buying larger homes to match our growing family. Over 25 years ago, my passion for real estate was a natural fit: first as office manager of a 7 person real estate team before we moved to Keller-Williams, becoming a Transaction Coordinator, managing an exceptionally high volume of real estate deals.  With likely thousands of deals, this unique experience  required me to understand all the details of deals making a  seamless transition as a Realtor at Coldwell Banker.  Providing my clients with "World Class Customer Service" is my top priority!  Treating people with respect and enjoying my relationship with my clients with the support off my team at Coldwell-Banker makes that goal happen!Out of the office, I enjoy my kids and 9 amazing grandchildren. I love gourmet cooking, volunteering for my church and traveling the world with my husband.
